"Stable End: We really enjoyed our stay here, the cottage is beautiful. We particularly enjoyed visiting the Dudley Canal and the small breed centre. The RAF Museum (Cosford) is also a must see also Puzzlewood! A lovely country break. Thank you very much "

"Stable End: A very tasteful and sensitive barn conversion, one of the best I've ever been (I used to be a town planner!!) Beautiful area and never seen so few people walking the numerous paths and lanes. Train to Knighton and walk back over Offa's Dyke and Stow Hill is recommended! Thanks for a great week."

"Stable End: A lovely cottage in beautiful countryside. Our favoutite for visits: Wroxeter Roman City and don't miss the church) Mitchell's fold stone circle ( North of Bishops Castle) - fantastic hilltop setting and great walking. For the obligatory trip to Shrewsbury, the park and ride from Meole Brace was surprisingly hassle free. The shop in Bucknell is useful and open unexpectedly until 6pm Thanks to Sam and June for a great week. "

"Stable End: I've lost count of how many times I've been to Stable End and each time is as good as, if not better, than the last. Wonderful weather, cottage and hosts - thank you Sam and June! See you soon."

"Swallow Cottage: We have been so lucky with the weather - all week heatwave but even if the weather had been less kind we'd have loved our stay in Swallow Cottage - delightful atmosphere and all needs catered for.Great area for walking. We particularly enjoyed the long red walk at Croft Castle and for historical interest Stokesay - a real must see. If fine food is of interest then the Riverside at Aymestry is extremely good - expensive...ish but good value. Thank you."
