"Stable End: Another good week at Bryncalled - our 11th. Stable End as nice as ever and some good but challenging walks on little used paths with route finding challenges. Lots of butterflies for this time of year. Good meals at The Lion and The Baron but The Clive restaurant at Bromfield do not have an appealing menu, so we left."

"Stable End: My 10th (I think) visit to Bryncalled and hopefully not my last! Fantastic as always - peace and tranquility and time to enjoy the important things in life."

- Janet - Cheshire - September 2019

"Groom Cottage: Spent the first week opposite in The Granary, very beautiful, but fell in love with this place (Groom Cottage). Wish we were here longer. Love the view from the kitchen sink. We are planning on spending a week here in the winter. Thank you June and Sam x "

"Swallow Cottage: The Buzzard circled overhead during our stay and at Stokesay Castle we were dive bombed by swallows. A lovely unspoilt part of the country where wildlife flourishes. The accommodation was comfortable and well appointed."

- Alison and Mike - Berkshire - Parents to Elizabeth and family - August 2019

"Stable End: What a lovely place you have! We have had a lovely time and have enjoyed the lovely countryside. We will be back !"

- Dave and Pam - Hants - August 2019

"Swallow Cottage: Many thanks for a relaxing and peaceful visit to Shropshire. We enjoyed the well appointed and clean cottage and the garden with the railway cottage - some good infants toys! We visited the museum of Lost Content - great fun and beautiful Stokesay Castle in Craven Arms. We enjoyed visiting Shrewsbury by train from Bucknell Station, Aardvark books and Knighton and a very long walk from Baron pub. Baron and The Lion at Leintwardine recommended for nice meals!"
