"Groom Cottage: A very comfy, spotless and warm cottage. We enjoyed our stay. Re-visited Aardvark books (a favourite). Ludlow and Knighton. Had a wonderful 10 mile walk on the Long Mynd in gorgeous sunshine. Visited "The Bog Centre" at Stiperstones which is very welcoming. "

- Jenny, Peter and Christopher - Suffolk - September 2018

"The Granary: Our first stay in The Granary after many years at Stable End. Just as high a standard here. We did the usual things two days relaxing and then 3 glorious sunny days walking from here to Fiddlers Elbow and a different route back. Hopton Castle and Purslow wood and Buckton bridge to The Lion and a long route back via Adley Moor Common. Another great week - thanks for everything!"

- Sue and David - South Oxfordshire - September 2018

"Stable End: A lovely spotlessly clean cottage and well equipped, a real home from home. We enjoyed our weeks break in peaceful surroundings. Beautiful countryside and lovely walks from the doorstep. We visited National Trust properties on really wet days, Croft Castle, Berrington Hall and Ironbridge was well worth a visit too! Thanks again Sam and June for a great weeks break."

- Jan and Trevor - Bristol - September 2018

"Swallow Cottage: Beautiful cottage, very comfortable and homely, well equipped. We have enjoyed the peacefulness and the lovely views and lack of wifi in the cottage turned out ( despite initial panic!) to be very restful. We've re-visited some favourite places - Knighton, Clun, Ludlow, Welshpool - Llanfair Railway, Carding Mill Valley, Berry's in Church Stretton is as good as ever for lunch/afternoon tea. Thanks for a lovely stay!"

- John, Sue and Deb - West Sussex - September 2018

"The Granary: Furnished to a high standard, spotlessly clean with every essential facility. *TV (downstairs) Mobile and internet not available in the property - great. Location perfect for peace and quiet - That's life in the country. Love the shed - great bonus and very useful. Owners friendly and welcoming. All in all just what we needed - Thank you. (Owners Comment * TV - unfortunately the ariel was found not to be in the back of the TV properly and affected the picture - problem now sorted. Thank you for bringing this to our attention)"

- Des, Joan and Paul - Manchester - September 2018

"The Granary: Wonderful scenery, peace and tranquillity! Sam and June very friendly and helpful. We wish them every success! Train to Shrewsbury an adventure! well worth doing! The cottage is a credit to you."
